Unprecedented is a marketing agency for Australian law firms. This policy explains what personal information we collect through unprecedented.info, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Strategy call bookings. When you book a call, you give us your name, email address, firm details and any answers you add to the booking form.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the site.
Why we use it
To arrange and prepare for your strategy call, to reply to your enquiry, to provide services if you become a client, and to keep the website working and secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business: Calendly for call bookings, Netlify for website hosting and Google Workspace for email. These providers store data on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. We share only what each provider needs to perform its service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing ia@unprecedented.info. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner atoaic.gov.au.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
